		<description>Hello Neighbor(s),

The ugly pond does nothing for our neighborhood. Early spring I spoke with Brad Klavano at South Jordan City about the "common" areas in Jones Meadows and the ongoing problems with maintenance - over the last five years. I asked Brad what the City has planned this year to solve the problem. Brad is in the Municipal Services department (streets, water, operations &#38; maintenance) you can reach Brad at 254-3742 or email at bklavano@sjc.utah.gov

I also asked Brad what the City has planned for 3200 West from 10900 South to where Ivory has put up the block fence. He said they are working on a "fix" for that area. Apparently there was a problem between the developer and the homeowners regarding the fencing. I don't know how they will ever make it look good with all the different types of fencing the City has allowed to go up along our section of 3200 West.

I am personally very disappointed in the way the City handles the maintenance of "open/common" areas of the City - especially in our area.
And I recently wrote a letter to the Mayor, Ricky Horst and Peterson Development to let them all know how I feel about this problem.
